Marketplace services
Marketplace platforms have their own rules. SialTech supports setup and content but does not control platform decisions.
Ownership
Clients should own their domains, accounts and business content unless otherwise agreed in writing.

YouTube-connected service
The AI Seekho / Sialtech application uses YouTube API Services. By using its YouTube features, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Our Privacy Policy describes how information associated with these features is handled.
Only connect a channel you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the rights to your content, the accuracy of the upload information you approve, and compliance with YouTube’s policies.
Connecting a channel does not authorize an upload. Uploads are private by default and require approval. Automatic publishing is currently disabled.
You may revoke Google authorization through Google Account → Third-party connections. Revocation may affect other channels connected through the same Google account and application. It does not delete videos already hosted on YouTube.
For deletion of stored YouTube-related data, application accounts or retained media, contact sialtech.online@gmail.com. Ownership verification may be required. Any legally necessary billing or audit records are treated separately from OAuth credentials and YouTube API data.
YouTube functionality depends on Google’s availability, permissions, quotas and policies. Connecting or uploading through the application does not guarantee YouTube acceptance, distribution or monetization.
