SialTech operates sialtech.online. This policy explains the basics of how enquiry information is handled.
How we use it
To reply to your enquiry, scope work, prepare quotations and provide services you request.
Forms
If no form endpoint is configured, the form prepares your enquiry locally and lets you send it yourself by WhatsApp or email.
Analytics
This implementation does not add advertising or tracking cookies. Analytics can be added later with policy updates where required.

AI Seekho / YouTube-connected service
This Privacy Policy also covers the AI Seekho / Sialtech application at automation.sialtech.online. The application uses YouTube API Services. Google’s handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
Information we process
When you connect a YouTube channel through Google, the application processes OAuth authorization tokens and your authenticated channel’s title and ID. These support channel verification and authorized uploading. Upload operations also produce video identifiers and resumable-upload session information.
The application processes the content and upload details you provide or approve, including videos, titles, descriptions and thumbnails. It uses essential cookies for application authentication and OAuth security. We do not ask for your Google password. Stored refresh tokens are encrypted and used server-side.
How information is used and shared
Google/YouTube receives the content and metadata needed to perform your authorized YouTube operations. Supabase provides application authentication and data storage, and Vercel hosts the web application. When you use content-generation features, the configured generation services receive the prompts and media needed for those features.
Connecting a channel does not itself approve an upload. Uploads are private by default, approval is required, and automatic publishing is currently disabled.
Revoking access and requesting deletion
You can revoke the application’s Google authorization through Google Account → Third-party connections. Revocation may affect other channels authorized through the same Google account and application. Revoking authorization does not itself delete information already stored by Sialtech or videos already hosted on YouTube.
To request deletion of retained YouTube-related data, OAuth credentials, your application account or stored media, email sialtech.online@gmail.com. This is our monitored privacy and deletion contact. Identify your registered application email, workspace or profile, and the information you want deleted. Do not send passwords or OAuth tokens. You may be asked to verify account ownership.
YouTube-data deletion is separate from any legally necessary retention of billing or audit records. Such records must remain limited to their justified purpose and separate from reusable OAuth credentials and YouTube API data. A billing or audit requirement is not a general exception allowing continued retention or reuse of Google authorization or YouTube API data.
